Content Strategy

I am the Director of Content Marketing at Auctane. Auctane is the umbrella company for the following brands: ShipStation, ShippingEasy, ShipEngine, ShipWorks. We are also growing Internationally. My role is to provide the content strategy for all 4 brands.

I would like to create a spreadsheet that can be utilized across the marketing team and the rest of the organization (Viewable only, except for me) This spreadsheet would house all the content requests and planned activities for the year. I'm looking for some help structuring the spreadsheet in order for it not becoming overwhelming and unusable
