We have a simple sales price list with columns as follows :
Category_code, Source : categories sheet first col
Part_number , A string containing hyper link
Description , A string
Category Description, Source : categories sheet based on the category code
Price 1 : if part number is empty copy from category sheet : column price 1
price 2 :if part number is empty copy from category sheet : column price 2
price 3 :if part number is empty copy from category sheet : column price 3
Order Quantity : default 0 , if value >0 , multiple price1 or price2 or price3 ( depending on the volumes in categoy sheet )
by Order_quantity into Item_cost
Item_cost - result field
Comment : text
Calculate Sub_total after each change ( Excel)
If Sub_total > parameters.Free_Sheepment_minimum_order Shipment_cost is Zero otherwise = parameters.shipment_cost
Total Cost = ( Sub_total + shipment_cost) * (100 + parameters.vat_percentage)/100
Near the Total_cost add a button "Make_Order" .
The button will create an Excel report containing all the lines with Item_cost > 0 plus all the summary data.
This Excel report should be sent automatically to the email address in parameters.send_to email address.
The email title should be taken from parameters.send_to_email_title
The top part of the price_list sheet must be fixed and include another copy of the "Make_Order" button.
The summary part of the price_list sheet must be float and appear all the time at the bottom of the screen even if its in line 5000.
