Hi, We are experts in excel based design making. The whole can be done in two ways. 1. Using ActiveX controls, validation drop downs and excel cells for data entry. What you enter in the front end will get stored in back end as data within different fields. Price for this would be as low as $50 2. The other option is is advanced. Setup a form front end for Excel which upon selecting ok will ask if you have additional entries to be made. Once the question is answered the data will be stored into the spreadsheet.
