create a detailed active timeline/organized chart in excel (MUST BE VERY EXPERIANCED)

I need to you create a time line in an excel for a insect breeding program.

we have a total of 70 containers.

each container has insects in it for 5 weeks before they need to shipped out.

each container is numbered from 1 threw to 70

I need a timeline so when i put insects in example container 32, it will tell me when after 5 weeks that its ready to be shipped out.

i have attached an image for an idea of what it could look like.

also need the same concept done with an incubator

we have a total of 20 containers, that need to be incubated for a total of 8 days at a time.

it needs to be an active time line that is dated so we know exactly when the different containers need to be shipped.

this is not easy, and want someone experienced. must be made to a high standard. please do not bid if you are not able to do this.
