Create Excel Makro: customized Outlook emails / creating Outlook folders

I am more than happy to get your bid after you have carefully red my project details:
Someone has made an Excel Makro for me (see file “Excel Makro emailing”) that allows me
- to send personalized mass emails
- after emails are sent, Excel/Outlook automatically creates new folders in Outlook and add sent emails in that new created folder (see tab “Reference”, line 5, 6, 7)
Issue of above-mentioned Excel Makro:
- The text is very static (see line 1 and 2 of tab “Reference”). I need to have the text more customized
- The functionality to create folders in outlook and moving sent emails to those automatically created folders must be kept
What I need is a new Excel Makro that additionally can:
Create automatically customized text templates by using data of some cells (see file “Open Vacancy List”)
How a text may look after it has been automatically customized (see data from excel file “Open Vacancy List”):
