I'm looking for a freelancer who can develop a spreadsheet/app for managing properties that are on rent. The spreadsheet/app should allow for the following: Property registration, Tenant registration, registration of rental contracts. According to each contract, the spreadsheet/app must automatically issue the billing document at the específicos date. For Tenants that have proceeded with the payment, the app/spreadsheet must issue the payment receipt. In the end, I need a report that shows the leased properties, the empty ones, the amounts earned during the month, year.
