Data Entry needed to convert PDF data into excel spreadsheets

Data entry specialist to transfer PDF grid data into Excel spreadsheets.
Deliverables:
- Extract or copy property listing data displayed in a variety of grid layouts within 18-20 pdf files.
- From each PDF file, enter the property listing data into an existing standardized excel spreadsheet layout. Create one spreadsheet for each pdf file.
- Most of the PDF files are written in Spanish, however the standardized Excel spreadsheet will be in English
- Enter notes into Excel (when appropriate) to clarify any changes
Requirements for the project:
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with PDF files
- Excellent grammar and a high attention to detail
- Have some basic understanding of Spanish is a plus but not required
