MS Excel (.xlsx). Should apply to whole column in sheet. Attached is sample file to use.
6 Simple Steps:
1. Add Data Validation to worksheet so if value added to sheet 1 column A exists in sheet 4 column A as duplicate show, show error alert as soon as user has entered value into sheet 1 column A.
2. Need to capture statistics based on below and have it update when new data added/removed.
A.) Number of values in sheet 1 column D and E excluding top row (if value exists in both columns on same row count as once only) and add total to sheet 3 D2
B.) Number of values in sheet 1 column T excluding top row and add total to sheet 3 F2
C.) Take value in sheet 3 C2 and convert in column sheet 3 and hidden column H2 from hours and minutes into hours. User will enter format as hours:minutes where minutes is to 60. Example user enters 03:50 this = 3.83 hours
D.) For sheet 1, take value in D2 and divide by value in H2 and result in E2
E.) For sheet 1, take value in F2 and divide by value in H2 and result in G2
