I need someone to design an excel spreadsheet for a home renovation project that will hopefully turn into future renovation jobs.
1.I have the spending categories and then the items that fall within that category. I want to be able to click on a specific category like Electrical and then the detailed list of materials shows up below.
2.I'd also like a way to click on a category like Electrical and have the option to go see the task list. Within the task list I want to track estimated labor hours, estimated labor costs, actual hours, actual total.
3.I'd like a way for the labor costs to be displayed in a pie graph.

5.I would like to have the budget categories to create a pie graph to show where the money goes.
6.I want basic column formulas at the bottom to calculate total amounts.
7.I need a basic format with simple instructions so that I can input everything myself, make additions, and then copy it for my next remodel project.
I'd like to have it also explained how to create the drop down categories like what I'm wanting so I can create new ones if I think of them down the road.
I used to be pretty decent at Excel but haven't used it for years so it's easier for an expert to create it since it's not that complicated. I can use whatever you create if you give me simple instructions.
