C# ExcelDna dynamic functions

Job Description:
I require a simple project (small piece of R&D) where I have an xml file that stores the following:
1. Excel Function name
2. Excel Function parameters (can be string, date, date time, int, long, bool, float, 1D or 2D object array)
3. Excel Function output is always 2D object array
The project will be an xll and the code will read the xml file and create my function in runtime using ExcelDna.
The code for each function can be a place holder that I should be able to add.
E.g.
Function Name: TEST1
Function Params: string sName, Datetime dDate
Function code I add is:
var a = new object[1, 1];
a[0, 0] = sName + [login to view URL]();
return a;
return Which should return me a 2d array of the two combined.
