We have a list of projects by category simple and complex in Excel. each category has same milestone names. Gaps between milestones are represented by cells. each cell in excel sheet is a quarter. Depending on project complexity the gaps get colored differently. each color represents a different resource loading. need to write excel command or script that can count which cells have particular milestones and assign colors to the gaps between milestones.
