I have used a drug in cell viability assays using MTS. It's quite poor data, so at the time we moved quickly on from MTS assays to migration and other assays. However, I need to show IC50 data and graphs, which initially I had thought could not be possible seeing as the drug didn't achieve 50% cell kill with the concentrations we used on the primary cells (to my mind the cells that matter). After doing some reading, I'm led to believe that I should 'interpolate' my data to produce a 'best fit' graph and deduce IC50 values? I would be grateful of some help with constructing these graphs on excel or grapphpad.
