Healthcare Staffing Agency Manager

JOB TITLE: Healthcare Staffing Agency Administrator / Business Development & Recruitment Manager Company: Bionithe Care Staffing Agency Location: Florida — Remote/Hybrid Position Type: Part-Time to Start, With Opportunity to Grow Compensation: Negotiable Based on Experience ABOUT THE AGENCY Bionithe Care Staffing Agency is a new Florida healthcare staffing agency preparing to provide qualified CNA, HHA, LPN and RN professionals to healthcare facilities. Our foundational business documents and systems are largely prepared, but we have not yet secured our first facility contract. We are looking for an experienced, dependable and results-driven professional who can help us launch operations, recruit and onboard healthcare professionals, secure facility contracts and manage the agency’s day-to-day activities. This is not only a basic administrative position. We need someone who understands healthcare staffing and can actively help build and grow a new agency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Agency Administration and Operations: * Help organize and manage the agency’s daily operations * Review existing workflows, policies, forms and onboarding processes * Maintain organized candidate and facility tracking systems * Identify missing operational or compliance documents * Coordinate with the agency owner and other authorized team members * Provide weekly reports on recruitment, outreach, meetings and contracts * Help develop efficient processes as the agency grows Candidate Recruitment and Onboarding: * Review and organize approximately 400 existing CNA applications * Contact applicants and conduct initial telephone screenings * Verify licenses, qualifications, experience, location and availability * Identify candidates who are ready for onboarding and placement * Inform candidates of required documents and follow up on missing items * Recruit additional CNA, HHA, LPN and RN professionals when needed * Maintain accurate candidate statuses without improperly sharing sensitive information * Coordinate onboarding through the agency’s approved secure process Facility Research and Contract Acquisition: * Research nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies and other qualified healthcare facilities across Florida * Prioritize facilities actively hiring CNA, HHA, LPN and RN professionals * Identify Administrators, Directors of Nursing, HR Managers and other decision-makers * Conduct professional cold calls and personalized email outreach * Follow up consistently with prospective clients * Present the agency’s services professionally * Schedule qualified meetings for the owner or authorized administrator * Assist with proposals, rate discussions and contract negotiations * Work actively toward securing staffing agreements * Maintain a detailed tracker of all outreach and contract progress REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience working with a healthcare staffing agency is strongly required * Experience in healthcare recruitment, credentialing or employee onboarding * Proven experience with facility outreach, sales or business development * Understanding of temporary healthcare staffing operations * Familiarity with CNA, HHA, LPN and RN credential requirements * Experience communicating with healthcare facility decision-makers * Strong organizational, telephone, email and follow-up skills * Ability to work independently and provide measurable results * Professional English communication skills * Experience with Indeed, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM or applicant-tracking systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Existing relationships with Florida healthcare facilities * Experience helping launch or grow a healthcare staffing agency * Knowledge of Florida healthcare staffing and compliance requirements * Experience preparing rate sheets, proposals and facility staffing agreements * Ability to train or supervise recruiters as the agency grows IMPORTANT EXPECTATIONS The selected person must be comfortable working on candidate recruitment and facility contract acquisition simultaneously. The position requires active calls, emails, follow-ups and candidate communication—not only research or database creation. The selected person must protect all confidential candidate and company information. Access to identification documents, Social Security information, banking information, medical records and background screening reports will be restricted and provided only when necessary and authorized. The administrator may not promise pricing, contract terms, staffing capacity or legal commitments without the agency owner’s approval.
