Growing local firm in PASO ROBLES, CA is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is full time and will encompass bookkeeping for multiple clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
• Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (Excel skills required!)
• Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent interpersonal skills and team player
• Ability to organize, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate fundamental accounting and financial knowledge
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Proficient in multi-tasking
• Great at following directions and instruction
• Self-starter
• Accurate, precise, and fast
• Have a professional and pleasant attitude
Job Duties and Responsibilities at minimum:
• Account reconciliations
• Daily sales journal entries
• Accounts payable processing
• Preparation of quarterly financial statements
• Maintaining filing
