We are looking to hire a data entry clerk, a function that is currently done in-house. In this role, you will be reviewing organizations and contacts' profiles, and updating them using spreadsheets and web research. The majority of the data updates will be straightforward (we have guidelines to help you navigate the data), but there might be a few data updates that require thinking logically about the relationship between records.
Experience and personal characteristics
The ideal person for the job is organized, very attentive to detail, and proactive. He or she thinks critically and asks questions when encountering issues with the data.
Experience with CRM Dynamic 2016 (Microsoft's Customer Relations Management database), or experience using a membership database or client database is preferred.
Knowledge of French would be an asset.
-Minimum 5-8 hours per week, but the average might be around 10-15 hours
-In the summer and the fall, there might be a few weeks with heavier requests. These weeks will be identified ahead of time.
