Merge two JSON files into Excel insert modify and then write back to JSON files

Hello all,
I am currently trying to merge two JSON files with VBA and then write them into a data set in Excel. This data set should then be able to be changed and then these changes should be applied. Afterwards everything should be written back into the two original files (Json) with all changes.
Difficulties:
One of the JSON files ("user") is tabular and would have to be correctly aggregated (restructured) before being read in order to combine the matching primary key in the other JSON file.
Can anyone help me here? Do I first have to loop into the JSON file ("user") to restructure it before the import?
