I currently order and buy all of my supplies through these vendors;
Acme, Gensco, Thermal, Platt, Keller, Ferguson, and HomeDepot.
I have all of my supplies accumulated in a supply room and hand out to employees every day as needed. I have the employees signing out items that they take daily, but I have no way of tracking what is going out each month other then the papers I have them sign items out on. I have no idea what I am spending on these items each month and can not account for areas of waste to see where my money is going, also need to be able to track quantity of my supplies on hand to know when items need to be re ordered and what I actually have versus should have on hand.
I need Excel templates that have the formulas so that I am able to just plug the relevant information in.
Attached is an example of a list of supplies that I order from ACME and currently have in our supply room. There are similar lists I am now putting together for the other suppliers that I listed above which I am still compiling.
I need a way to get organized and control of my supply room. So I need templates that have the formulas and are all set for me to just be able to plug in the relevant information needed and be able to;
1) Track my current inventory levels and keep track of any items that need to be re-ordered
2) Track how much of each item I am ordering and being given out each month to employees so that I can track where my money is going and track any potential waste.
