We are looking for a Virtual Assistant from the US to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including Managing Payments through system, Prepare reports for each and every transaction, working with your WU account, accessing all day to your email account. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like *Removed by Admin*.

Hours: 15 per week
Job duration - 1-3 month
Location - USA
Job Type: Home Office, Part-Time. Or you can easily combine it with any other job you have.
Training: We provide Trial Period with training. So you'll get all necessary experience in process.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
