Power Automate then saves the Template as a new Word Doc in Sharepoint and then notifies that the work has been done to manager. This process then becomes a template for future reports as the process is brief, interim report then final certification in most case using the same clauses for each report. Acceptance is simple: I open the form, select a few clauses, and within moments a Word file arrives with the right content in the right spots—no manual copy-paste.
