Producing invoices and costings by creating complex lookups from a spreadsheet

I am fed up of freelancers auto bidding without reading the brief, so if you do bid please use the word COLD as your first word to show you have read it. I do recruitment for a client and my PA puts the jobs on my calendar and then on a spreadsheet so when its time to invoice I know ow much to invoice for. But I want all the contractors to check the hours we have for them first and to invoice me what I tell them to invoice me once its agreed, so for that its best to show each of the itemised hours I have them down as having done. So, the spreadsheet of data needs to then look up the rates I charge my client for the services, the rates I pay each contractor for the services and produce the tables so I can copy and paste to each contractor, for each of them to check their rates, and I also need to be able to see the totals to invoice my client, all itemized out. I also need it to cross reference what currency to pay the contractor in by looking them up by which currency is in the rates tab for that person. We always charge out in GBP £ sterling, but some we pay in USD $ You do not, at this stage, need to then calculate the profit per hour or per contractor, yes it would be good to know that, but I think as exchange rates vary that would be hard to work out, but it will be the next stage of this job. So I am posting this as 1 job, and then later once this is refined the winning bid can work with me on the 2nd stage, to do the profit calculations and calculate how much my US company needs to be invoicing my UK company. Since making the video, I have colour coded this, so anything that in the Demo Completed All Shifts tab that is in a green coloured cell is a figure as a result of a calculation.
