We are travel agents. We help clients find vacation rentals in Florida (Destin, Florida area). I am looking for one or more new employees to help us do WEB RESEARCH to find properties to present to our clients. We have many property management websites that we use to find just the right property for the clients so you will use these to target your search.
Your task is to read the request (a form that is filled in with info) very carefully so you understand exactly what the client is looking for and find amazing properties that we can show them.
If you have good English phone skills this is a plus as we would have you call client to get more info--
YOU MUST have an eye for interior design and nice furnishings. We only show our clients very nice luxury places! We might have you review quotes created by others and remove any properties you feel will not work for the client. You may also be asked to help create the quote in our database. I will give a small test to ascertain
You must be quick worker as we have many inquiries--we can not spend hours looking. we want quote to go out within 1-2 hours. So there is not alot of time--you must understand client needs quickly (i.e. if they want a pool then don't even look at properties with no pool) . In summary, we need someone who can quickly decide which properties are worth keeping and what is not worth keeping on the list.
have good computer skills (able to use MS OFFICE, understand data entry)
You must be very Detailed Oriented, have excellent English speaking and writing skills as you will be talking to our team and possibly our clients, calling vacation rental companies to get rates and things of this nature.
Need someone 11:00am EST to 7:00pm EST Mon - Friday and if available--possible additional weekend hours as needed. We can talk about hours if you don't want that many hours but it definitely has to be on EST time zone ( we need support during normal EST working hours not IST or otherwise).
Seeking someone who is motivated and WANTS full time work (ie not working other projects while on my shift--so please don't apply if this is the type of work you do.) Also, I have little tolerance for someone who does not show up to work when expected.
