We currently have a working copy of one Word Document that uses a form created with VBA that captures data in the form and exports to excel. We have three other documents that need to be duplicated using the same VBA code structure to create a form that is the same as the Word document, allow input to the form, the input to the form is saved back to the Word document and then exports to Excel. One added feature for each (four of them) spreadsheet is that a VBA script will be used with a button to load the excel document to a PostgreSQL Database.
