Extract email addresses from auction site

Goal: extract all high bidder email addresses from my online auctions

Obstacles: Must login to my account to extract email address from auction listing. Must poll auction listings every 1 - 5 minutes to check for new high bidders since email addresses are no longer visible once there is a new high bidder.

I have a server which can do this polling if necessary, but I would everything to be done on my computer. Also, need all info to be saved in an excel format.
