Meta Ads Manager We are a U.S.-based marketing agency working with service businesses and B2B companies. We are looking for a serious Meta Ads Manager who has real campaign ownership experience. This is NOT for beginners. This is NOT for theory-only freelancers. You must have built campaigns from scratch and managed real budgets. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Full Facebook & Instagram campaign builds • Campaign structure planning • Audience research & targeting • Budget allocation • Creative direction input • A/B testing • Cost control (CPL / CPA focus) • Weekly performance reporting • Diagnosing underperforming campaigns • Coordinating with our automation team (GoHighLevel) Required Experience: • Managed at least $2,000+/month in ad spend • Lead generation campaigns (forms or landing pages) • Service-based or B2B experience preferred • Clear understanding of: CPM CPC CTR CPL CPA ROAS If you cannot confidently explain these metrics, do not apply.
