Hi, We are looking for Facebook ads expert for our real estate services. Our campaigns would have two targets:
1 - Getting leads of potential landlords (we want to increase the number of properties we manage and many competitors has bankrupt because of Covid).
2 - Getting leads from potential travellers who wants to stay in our properties. (we could give you an excel with the % of guests we have by country, so you will know our buyer persona.
Few general answers for you upcoming questions -
1. Do you have a landing page?
==>Yes
3. What's your budget for daily ad spend?
==>We want to do something organized, getting no more than 10 quality leads a day.
4. What's the duration of your ads?
==> We want to run the campaign long term.
5 . Which country to target ?
==> Our potential landlords are foreigners who have invested in Spain or have a second residence. Swedish, Belgiums, danish or British would be the main nationalities but our town is super international. i would make a campaign focus on our own.
My only concern is how many of those landlords will be here now with the travelling restrictions due to covid. Also, we would like to focus on detached villas. There is a huge demand because travellers want to be isolated.
One of the main issues when we have made a campaign in the past, it is the quality of the properties are really bad, and we focus on more modern high end properties.
