Facebook Marketing Strategist for Sales Funnels (20-30% Ad Spend Compensation)

Do you have the education, experience, and natural ability to develop amazing campaigns, track and adjust the campaigns, and provide results?
We are looking for a PPC expert with advanced knowledge and experience in eCommerce and a knack for teaching. You will need to be able to handle the strategies we set up for TOFU, MOFU, BOFU and the occasional brand awareness campaigns of our sales funnels running on the Meta platforms.
Your main goal will be to quadruple our ROAS in a timely manner for what you will be accurately and fairly compensated in a scaling manner: the higher our ROAS is, the higher your earnings will be.

This is a very important position within our team and we are searching for a long term partner looking for steady work in an American agency for creative entrepreneurs. We will provide you with the creative and copy and we will develop the landing pages and other creatives as needed. We will plan the weekly and monthly strategies together with a metrics-led and goal-oriented approach. You won’t be alone in this but you will run point and take the lead in our efforts and you will have to coordinate with the rest of the team in an active way. (We don’t want someone who just waits to be told what to do—we are looking for a proactive person, capable of bringing in solutions and recommendations).
You must familiarize yourself and understand each niche we are looking for in the market. We will provide you with our audience personas, lists to build look-alikes, and target audience ideas, etc. You’ll grow them from there.
You will be managing the sales funnels for four projects: A book publisher (AOV $28), a novelist (AOV $3), a learning platform (AOV $199), and a home decor service provider (AOV $1,600) with about $500/mo ad budget on each with the intention to increase the budgets asap as the ROAS increases. Once we break even, all net profit will be directed at increasing the ad spend and help you reach the optimum ad spent. Our projection is to increase the ad spend to around $1,000 to $2,500/mo per project as soon as we have a consistent ROAS of 4 or more.
Your compensation:
You will be paid between 20% to 30% of ad spend based on reaching targets.
Your responsibilities will include to:
Familiarize with our sales funnel masterclass
Complete conversion and performance tracking & relevant setups
Implement and manage campaigns
Generate conversions and improve the ROAS
Weekly planning and reporting with team
Review performance regularly
Participate in the development and improvement of our PPC strategies
Assist in the development of our sales funnel masterclass by providing documentation and screencasts to document your process and progress.
