Google Ads/Facebook Expert Marketer Required (Please Read Description)

We require an expert marketer for ongoing work and to join our team. The marketer will assess our business model and decide what method of marketing will be best suited to us such as Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, etc or a combination of a few. Our website is financial related.
We will provide the successful candidate with our website to help them make the best decision.
Our items are high ticket items so we are not expecting a massive amount of sales coming in for each campaign, however, we are expecting to see a decent conversion rate on ad spend.
We would like to see at least 50% return on our money invested for each ad campaign (for example; if we invest $100 on an ad campaign we would wish to see $150 return - meaning $50 profit in total as a minimum). If the marketer successfully does this they will be provided with long-term work and a place on our team, with regular bonuses, salary increases and more.
Please only apply for this role if you have strong marketing experience and can provide proof of past successful works.
Although it is not essential it will be an advantage if the marketer has previous experience with investing, financial markets or forex related ads.
As well as providing ongoing marketing work for Google Ads or Facebook Ads, if the freelancer shows good performance we have plenty of SEO and other projects available.
