Hello I'm looking for an assistant to post my real estate properties on mine or your Facebook Market Place, Page, and Group!
I have a Marketing file with all the pictures, descriptions, details, titles, prices, etc of all the properties!
From posting on these platforms there will be questions from buyers!
In which I would need your help to answer these questions, with direct copy and paste answers, ( they usually ask the same questions). But also need a good customer service attitude and ability to answer organically if new questions come up.
I will pay a fixed rate and commission if we sell! Just check the file when we close!
I have a website you can direct them to for more information, the goal would be to get them on the phone with me.
I will create sales training videos to help all of us make more money, let me know if you're up for the Job! :)
If you have a great profile your self and can post on marketplace that would be Ideal.

Hours: Monday-Sunday based off of customer volume, not time frame!
Commission 1% of Profit, Then 2% after 3 Sales and so forth
Can Speak and Write Spanish Fluently
Can Peak and write English Fluently
Light computer skills (Copy and Paste Skills) (Google Sheets)
Great Customer Service attitude
Has Facebook and Can post to market place ( Great but not required )
