I manage over 100 long-term rentals in Centro, Playa Del Carmen and need a remote team to feed my pipeline with qualified, English-speaking prospects. Your day will revolve around Facebook: joining and actively monitoring local Playa groups, spotting posts from people hunting for rentals, and engaging them through Messenger as the “first touch” of my agency. Here’s what you’ll do for every lead: • Collect all qualifying details—budget, preferred lease term (minimum six months), desired features, bedrooms/bathrooms, budget (must be above $8,000mxn), move-in date (must be within 30 days), number of occupants, children, pets, nationality, and full name plus best contact information. • Record everything in a shared Excel sheet that the whole team can see in real time. • Keep a clean conversation log so I can pick up the thread seamlessly. • Once the sheet is complete, alert me and hand the client over so I can finalize the rental process. The role suits an intermediate-level Facebook marketer with: • Previous real estate or property-management experience. • Confident, friendly written English and strong communication skills. • Solid Microsoft Excel abilities for fast, accurate data entry. • Basic appointment-scheduling know-how to arrange viewing calls when requested. You’ll be measured on lead volume, data accuracy, and the warmth of the handoff.
