The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy, and a solid understanding of legal procedures in both state family courts and federal immigration systems. Employment Type: Full-time (Remote) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 am - 5 pm Responsibilities • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents for family and immigration cases. • Draft petitions, declarations, affidavits, and supporting evidence packets. • Manage client communications and maintain organized case files. • Conduct legal research and track case progress with courts and USCIS. • Prepare clients for hearings, interviews, and court proceedings. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. • Coordinate translations, medical exams, and document retrieval as needed. • Schedule consultations, hearings, and follow-ups.
