Hi there, I need someone who has a good imagination. Someone who can come up with fictional descriptions of characters for my game app. The person has to be friendly, excellent at writing fiction and that is unique. They have to have excellent English writing skills who know how to write in American English. I am on a budget and can't afford to pay a lot so please bare in mind I need someone who is excellent at their work but who is cheap to pay for it.
