I seek someone skilled in Filemaker 17 Pro (must be made in Filemaker 17 pro) to develop an eSignature and document management app that can support some similar features as a standalone program similar to SignNow see links below:

Features required in the app would include:

eSignature, eSignature API audit trail or similar, Document Generation, Editing, Search, Attach Documents, Save and catalog finalized documents

1. Allow document workflow (document template creation to allow addition of my header and my signature- enter text of contract and Add free-type boxes and signature boxes, allow to Import .odt or .doc or documents or be able to customize templates with drag-and-drop editing to speed up workflows with reusable and editable templates. Be able to name the file, be able to link additional documents to pre-signed version / have the ability to add attachments and put signature boxes on those attachments and attach the document to any email such as a pdf form and send the uneditable text version by email to the recipient for eSignature, receive signature finalized version as unalterable PDF, store.

* Embed the Legally-binding eSignatures with a date/ time stamped and traceable IP address or some kind of Audit Trail (advanced electronic signatures) if possible eSignature API

2. Capability for Editing in following formats-

1.) Word .doc 2.) ODF Text documents .odt 3.) Word 97-2003 4.) Word 2007-365 documents 5.) PDF

3. Allow upload and saving of pre-made templates (multiple versions) for fast and repetitive document generation with edit capability and to choose where to put check boxes, acknowledgement initials, and signature by the recipient using a drag and drop tool to place signature fields inside the document, and then finalize the text to be unalterable except for the signature and initial acknowledgement fields and then be able to send that document via email to the customer for a streamlined signing experience. After finalizing the 97-2003 word or .odt document making the uploaded document like a locked PDF (allowing users to drag the signature fields over the top of the page) allows users to upload a file, create fields on the document using a drag-and-drop tool, and email documents or text as attachment for a signature.

4. Design for offline electronic signature collection (such as PDF ), access from any device, and a digital audit trail for users Electronic signature capture into one part of a document workflow that handles everything from document creation all the way to document storage and retrieval.

Once signed, it becomes finalized, locked and unalterable when signer hits finish button

5. App will have a search function that allows searches to find stored versions and related documents across all versions, files, supporting docs that were made in the app. Unless they were deleted manually.
