I have a 6 questions i need answered regarding the financial industry - the questions need to be answered as if you live in Australia. (australian finance industry) 1. What are the two main governing bodies within the financial services industry and what does each of these bodies do? (120–150 words) 2. What are the consequences for not familiarising yourself with the financial services industry bodies/ organisations and their structure? (100–120 words) 3. Why is having the information regarding the financial services industry organisations and its bodies important? (80–100 words) 4. How do you ensure that you are kept up-to-date with any impacting changes/ requirements? (50–80 words) 5. What legislative requirements cover the information you convey to clients? (100–120 words) 6. You work in a medium-sized financial sector business. A new employee is starting work. You have been asked to explain to the employee how to work effectively in the business. You need to explain what it means to be employed in the sector, the responsibilities, obligations and expectations. Make a set of notes (approximately 2-3 pages) outlining what you would tell the new employee and explain why it is important that this information be conveyed to the new employee.
