The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO, strong domain knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, FI enhancements, customizations, production deployment, and good understanding of basic CO processes. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP FI & CO functional consulting activities Work on SAP ECC 6.0 FI & CO processes Handle end-to-end SAP implementation activities independently till hypercare Work on FI enhancements and customizations from requirement gathering to production deployment Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Prepare functional specifications, test cases, user manuals, and process documentation Support configuration, testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support Work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional teams Support month-end and year-end closing activities Handle legacy data upload activities using standard tools Ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication Required Skills 10+ years of experience in SAP FI & CO areas Strong experience in SAP ECC 6.0 — Mandatory Minimum 2 SAP E2E implementation experience independently till hypercare Strong experience in FI enhancements and customizations Experience from requirement gathering to production deployment Mandatory experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting Experience in Automatic BRS, GST, WHT, and ForEx valuation Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities Experience in legacy data upload using tools Basic CO knowledge is mandatory — Profit Center, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Excellent organization, communication, analysis, and planning skills Proficient in MS Office suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio Strong and fluent English communication — written and oral Preferred Skills Certified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA Finance preferred Good finance domain knowledge Experience in contract-based assignments Experience working in onsite delivery model Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
