Overview We are a growing manpower supply business seeking an experienced freelance Finance Operations Consultant to support the establishment and stabilization of our finance operations and controls. Our current finance processes are still developing, and we are looking for a hands-on professional who can help build structured finance workflows, improve reporting accuracy, establish proper month-end/year-end closing practices, and guide the existing finance team toward a more organized and controlled operation. The business is currently using QuickDice ERP for operations and finance activities. ERP configuration is not part of the scope, however the consultant is expected to work within the existing ERP environment and help improve finance processes around it.
