Due to limited available capital, this position offers a base salary on the lower end, but you will receive 20-40% of the profits generated from your advice and trades, based on your experience and performance. Develop and monitor portfolios with a focus on maximizing returns, considering the constraints of a limited fund. Use technical and fundamental analysis to guide decision-making in both traditional equities and digital currencies. Regularly review and optimize investment strategies to adapt to market changes and improve returns. Educate on and mitigate risks associated with volatile markets (stocks and cryptocurrencies). Provide ongoing analysis of portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to stay aligned with the fund's financial goals. Maintain transparent communication about strategy and performance to ensure understanding of the results and potential risks. Qualifications: Previous experience in stock market and cryptocurrency trading (experience level will determine commission percentage). Strong understanding of financial markets, with a focus on technical and fundamental analysis. Proven ability to generate profitable returns through trading in both stocks and cryptocurrencies. Ability to work within a constrained budget while maximizing profits. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing trades and portfolio adjustments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client education and transparent reporting. Preferred Skills: Certification in financial planning or investment management (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus, but not required. Compensation: Base salary (lower range, negotiable depending on experience). 20-40% of profits generated from trades and investments, based on your experience and performance. The duration of the engagement is long-term, lasting 3-6 months but could turn into more than 6 months. The main goal for the investment fund is steady income and aggressive growth.
