I'm looking for someone with experience in creating 3D FEM models using COMSOL and MATLAB. The main task is to replicate the work described in the attached Paper (Only Chapter 3), which is to: 1. Build a 3D FEM bi-phasic model of fiber-like structures, which are created as geometry objects in MATLAB and then imported into COMSOL for analysis in flow/stress conditions. 2. Implement the various testing conditions described in the text and figures (changing the number/length of fibers, number of crosslinks, and etc). 3. Provide a nice description of the completed task (with the full description on the lines of code and steps taken with COMSOL GUI), so that I can further adjust the factors and make any updates and/or be able to present the task to my supervisor. The problem with the code and COMSOL model in the paper is that it was created in 2012. Since both MATLAB and COMSOL have changed a lot since then, direct implementation of the model as its described in the text is impossible. So it must be optimized to the current versions of MATLAB and COMSOL, preferentially with the involvement of LiveLink for MATLAB. P/s I have also included the MATLAB files, so that you wouldn't have to waste time on typing the code from PDF file manually.
