fix two issues in two flipbook viewers for VSRW

fix issues 1. rtl issues (this is my main blue) it includes the updated main and a older main. 1a. open with [login to view URL] -the new main3 if you will look at the e-book open in a browser you will see that a e-book that was created for RTL (please note the page number) in the box it show the cover page as being the last page number 14. Plus if you look at the mouse over the arrows you will see the first page is showing up as last page etc. [login to view URL] 1b. if you open the e-book with the older version main_2 you will see that the page numbers and arrows are showing the correct way. [login to view URL] I need you to fix the RTL feature in the new main3 2. The second file is the presentation viewer. When opened it is only showing the odd page of the e-book example: page1, page3, page5 etc.. (you can look at the pages in the pages folder all of the pages are there. [login to view URL]
