im looking for a flash banner for this website

The banner has to be a small a size as possible
I want the banner to have the following background when loading

i need the text in the banner to be taken from some file so that i can easily change..
on the banner i want the big image to the right to change and a new image apearing every couple of seconds and i want the transition to be a star effect..
once the small images move to the big image i want the picture navigation to move to the left by one..
and when the arrows are clicked i also want the images to move by one..
My budget for this project is 30$ so if you can do it in this price please bid and start working with the files i have included above..
