Flash artist needed

I need a very competent and artistically inclined flash designer to create a flash advertising banner, to be placed in the leftmost column of the website www.einkamal.is. The advertising banner you will create advertises chat lines. The advertisement is targeting male callers of any age. SOURCE MATERIAL I am including a photograph, a psd file and a gif animation. The photograph is of a nice young lady talking on the phone. This photograph, and/or similar photographs that you select and supply, should create the background of the flash animation. The psd file contains the text of the animation in text layers. The gif animation is for reference only. It should give you an idea of how I need for the flash animation to behave. YOUR DESIGN Your design of the animation should be quiet and unobtrusive. It should take notice of the fact that this banner will stay in view of the user for perhaps many minutes, even up to 30 minutes. Therefore it may not at all be "flashy" and annoying. Also it should of course load very fast. CLICK COUNTER I am attaching a file with code that needs to be inserted into the banner so that clicks can be counted. SIZE The banner you create will be 136x136px. INITIAL DELIVERY You will initially deliver a mockup of your product. We will discuss that mockup if needed, and you may be asked to make some changes. FINAL DELIVERY The text on the flash animation is in Icelandic. That language uses a few special charachters that are most likely not in the character set of your computer. Your final product will anticipate that I need to be able to open it and insert the special Icelandic characters. LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP With this project I am seeking a long-term relationship with a flash designer. If you are interested you might consider this in your bid. For reference you might check my username and projects. You will find that I already have some long term relationships going. PAYMENT Payment will be through GAF escrow only. The full price will be deposited in escrow at the beginning of the project, and released when you have delivered the final version. No other payment methods are an option. Prepayment is not an option.
