3d Flash animation for website

We are looking for someone who is an experienced and capable flash + 3d worker, but also has a good eye and good design ideas and taste, to work continually with us developing our website. Currently, we require the swf (replacing [login to view URL]) with something more dynamic. making use of 3d elements of the logo (instead of this simple 2d animation). The final animation will be size 644 pixels width by 91 pixels height to fit in the white space above [login to view URL] we would like you to also be creative, giving us your ideas too and utilising your own skills, but also we will give you the basic outline. The original logo i would presume would need modelling in a 3d software package, then exporting certain animations into flash to complete the flash movie. This movie will be on a loop for around 60 seconds. most of this time it will be static, possibly glowing. Then every say 10 seconds something will happen, such as the '+' rotating out of the scene (similar to this one).. or rolling like a dice and landing back in the middle. Then next time everything could start shaking and the letters all fall over. Im sure you get the idea. Something creative but still quite cool. The logo should always be placed in the position it is in now in relation to the website when it is static.
