I require a website to be designed for my new health and fitness center. This will need to be designed in an extremely professional manner. You will be required to design the site and all pages and use filler content. I will edit pages in dreamweaver as required. Here are the requirements. 1. Professional Flash Logo 2. The following pages are required... index, about us, prices, group fitness, Gym, Programs, Contact Us, Services, Personal Training, centre hours, Why Us, Success Stories, Weight Management, Impact Bootcamps. The pages and menus must be designed so that i can easily edit them in dreamweaver. The design must include numerous images and have a nice inviting and comfortable feel. I also want to have an area on the index page to promote a banner/image with the current special such as free 3 day pass. Etc. You will be required to design a few banners with different offers that i can rotate on the index page or place elsewhere. With regard to the final layout, i am leaving it to you to give me suggestions and also provide me with sample websites so that i can see what you are offering. Let me know if you have any questions.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
