Here is the outline of what we are seeking. There are multiple headings and each will be a separate animation but the style and quality is imperative. Timeline is short of course.
The following is what I would like to be able to show via animation:
o Customer enters supermarket
o Customer picks up POP card from kiosk
o Customer takes shopping cart
o Customer heads down aisle and sees POP signs
o Customer stops in front of a POP item, takes the item and then scans their card (close-up)
o Customer goes down aisle and stops in front of another POP machine
o Scans card and goes to end of aisle
o At checkout, customer hands POP card to cashier
o Cashier scans customer card (close-up) and places card in POP return basket
o Cashier passes items over scanner as usual
o Cashier gives customer register receipt "Receipt reads POP Coupons saved you $9.75. Thanks for shopping at Retailer X."
o CPG has meeting with 3 marketing people to decide on strategy
o Decision maker approves coupon strategy (List of events and date ranges)
o Another employee enters coupon information into POP system
o Decision Maker approves coupon input and releases
o CPG Sales Team receives email of upcoming coupon events by retailer
o At end of event, electronic billing is received from POP coupon with sales detail
o Decision maker happily approves POP bill for payment
o Store receives list of on-shelf devices (OSD) to deploy
o Stocker or Scan Coordinator takes OSD to shelf
o Employee scans device and shelf tag to ensure correct product
o Employee mounts OSD on shelf
o Employee goes to another item and removes OSD from shelf with POP tag
o Employee goes down the aisle to another task
o Employee is shown walking down front end taking POP cards from cashier bins to return to kiosk
o Category Manager receives email with upcoming coupons in his/her category
o Category Manager instructs Buyer to ensure sufficient product is available based on estimated increased demand.
o Buyer cuts purchase order
o PO received by supplier order entry person at their HQ
o Retail Category Manager studies coupon results in their category
These need to be simple and easily understood. The focus needs to be on the shopping and business processes with an assumption that the technology works.
