Create Simple Custom Flash Video Controls (flash 8)

Hello. We have created a video for our website. However, we require something a little more custom than what we're currently using. See the video here. [login to view URL] The player at the bottom of the video is a Joomla FLV player. It's not a part of the flv. What we'd like to do is something like the attached screenshot. The player would still need to buffer as it does now... and allow the user to mute, play, pause, and rewind. All of this should contained within the flash file that we publish. Furthermore, we've got several videos of this same dimension soon to be completed. So, we would require the .fla files and a method that will allow us to (fairly) easily switch the video we want to play. Again.. we only require a self-contained SWF file. We do not need a player that will play FLV files... however, if this is the way you'd rather build this project, that's fine too. Feel free to ask me any questions you may need clarification on before bidding.
