513184 flash banner with video

We need to do a very quick test flash banner loading a video from [url removed, login to view] streaming. This is just for a proof of concept. This needs to be done in AS3. We'll need the final swf and fla file. This should be a quick task for an experienced developer. We'll need this with in a couple hours of award. We'll also need the developer to be available during our normal business hours at -7 GMT. The banner needs to be 300x600. Image should slide in from off screen allow the user to click the image a video should play. At the end of the video final image should fade out. We'll supply the brightcove video. No design is necessary as this is just a rough test.
