490034 Logo Re-Designed 2

This is a very small budget one off project that has a immediate deadline.

I have a logo (see attached .gif) that needs to be re-done exactly the way it looks but with some minor changes.

The minor changes that need to be done ASAP:

- add text

- make text more readable

- create animation so that the logo acts the way it does on our old site: [url removed, login to view]

- the left side of the logo needs to be round not cut off as seen in the new site: [url removed, login to view]

**This can be done in flash or as an animanted gif
