For our portuguese language website ([url removed, login to view]) with news headlines we are looking for a new design and layout.
The design must be sober (fast page load) but colourfull.
-Restyling of logo / header (this may be animated text in flash)
-Restyling of layout (this is pure layout, no additional pictures/animation)
No use may be made of (stock) photographs of people or clip art.
(except pictures of newspapers and magazine covers)
Please state in you bid the following:
-if your design will be plain graphics or will contain flash elements.
-what colourscheme you will propose
-please state in your bid if you can design php nuke templates.
The finished files should be given in .psd (layers still intact) in .fla (for animations) or in the template format of phpnuke.
Copyright should be handed over in writing.
