need a database structure to handle the following: Lead Entry & Management 1) Company markets to customer, takes name, phone number, and address down. 2) Company Enters lead into a "Company view" front end where they then see the lead appear in their list of active leads. Must be Ajax process so no refresh is required. Possible that this all might work in flash as well. 3) Lead(Customer information/phone number), comes up 5 minutes later on a "Closer" screen, and is then assigned to closer. Closer must call customers phone number, and disposition the lead correctly. We would like this to be an automated dialer if possible, possibly by including asterisk? Manual calling will work to start, we would like this project finished ASAP. 4) Here is the system behind the dispositions: -Call goes to closer, after call they disposition it the following, with the result: Not Available - goes back into the general database of "Not Availables" which are called back 3x the first hour, 3 more times that day, and then in the day and the evening until another disposition is reached. This means the "Fresh" leads that were just submitted will work in between the "Not Availables". Call back - Set up an exact time & Date for a return call to be made to customer by that user that is logged in. This must pop up for this user in place of a fresh lead or not available lead at that time it is scheduled for. DNC - Call is placed in corporate DNC database. SALE! - Customer is sold, put into corporate DNC database, and lead must be clickable on the 'Company' side that submitted it so they can see installation date, customer status, etc. We have a model you can log in to view all of this functionality, from the 'company' side. Our company is growing and we will need a web developer along for the ride. We will need constant work & updating needed for this database, and also within the month we will need a second database to handle all technicians, technician scheduling, credit approval process with equifax and transunion, entry of sales and administration of the entire company. We want an entire back-end and front-end created for all the companies submitting leads to us and all of our 200 employees to log in and have different functionality and views to take over the entire company. we only have access to the front end that is why we need it re-created for our company to include the back-end as well We need admin access to create users, assign them to groups with access rights. Call back functionality. Ajax When we enter a 'lead', 5 minutes later it goes "In progress" this means it has gone assigned to a user(who has completed all his call backs for that time) which will be in a "Closer" group who will then try to schedule the sale. Once he calls it, it might go "Not Available" which means it would go into a pool of not available's that would then be pulled up by the closers group based on an algorithm in between the "Fresh" leads that are entered.
