I need a flash template to be customized

I will be needing a customization of a template. I have yet to find the template, but I know the layout should be like on this site:

I will need the menu customized in perhaps html (did i understand correctly that flash menu isn't as good for search engines?)
I would provide the text in the right look and you would have to make them perhaps glow or something classy when the mouse is over them, and you would need to create a beautiful background for the menu, I would give an identical menu background which you would need to replicate as well as you can...
and another thing is, It's going to be a website for special bicycles, not a store, but a site for my products, so on one menu's click (specifications) there should appear two choices (two different flash logos, I would provide the text style, you should make them nice when mouse is over them) and after clicking on either one there should be a sideways photo of a bicycle with different clickable parts(the place where can be clicked would be a small round gold piece or something) and after clicking there should appear a medium sized photo with text of the part, I don't have yet the pics, so they would be blank for start, afterwards i would provide the photos, I'm just starting the website and business so there is no rush..
and on one menu parts there should be a luxorious flash gallery, in the start two choices that lead to two same format galleries, I would provide the download link to the format..
and on one menu, the "about part" you should add a place for a picture and the correct background and I would provide the text font, and you should after it's ready instruct me on how to write on that page....
