Personal home page for 11 yr. old

I need a girly personal website for my 11 year old daughter. Very simple yet attractive with backend facility to update contents and upload pictures. There will be a flash introductory page (something similar to this one [url removed, login to view]). Inside the home page the following sections or inner pages will be implemented: News, Gallery, Art, Books, Links and Blog (simple listing of comments posted by visitors). User should be able to update the contents of these pages, except the blog. Note this is a kid page and I won’t be maintaining it. It would be good if user can decide which pages will be visible for visitors.

I think Wordpress will be perfect, but I am open for suggestions.
